What is the difference between the Original Formula and the Softer Formula?
Our Softer Formula contains all of the same ingredients as our Original Formula, just formulated with slightly less beeswax for a softer, smoother application. All of the other ingredients are identical between the two.

Start with the Original Formula if holding a lash curl is what you are here for. Start with the Softer Formula if your main goal is nourishing lashes & brows and caring for the skin around your eyes.

How long before I see results like the after photos on the website?
Results may vary depending on factors like your natural lash color, how long your lashes can naturally grow, and genetics. The Eye Balm™ is designed to help your lashes and brows be their healthiest and fullest naturally. It does not contain artificial hormones, so it will not artificially thicken or lengthen your lashes.

We always recommend taking a before photo and comparing it to an after photo 30 days later. This helps you track your own progress rather than comparing to others' after photos, which may set unrealistic expectations.

While it may not make everyone's lashes look like the after photos you have seen, it will help your lashes and brows reach their healthiest, longest potential, and deliver additional benefits beyond lash care alone.

All of the ingredients in The Eye Balm™ are all-natural, 100% organic, and unrefined. We use cold-pressed oils and pure essential oils.

When I first apply it, small pieces come off onto my lashes. Is this normal?
Sometimes. Every tube is hand poured, so the top is not always perfectly round and smooth.

When I first applied it, several of my lashes fell out. Is this normal?
It can be ... Allow us to explain.

Eyelashes naturally go through a lifecycle that includes a shedding phase, called the telogen phase, during which older lashes naturally fall out to make way for new growth. When a balm or any product is applied for the first time, particularly if the lashes are already at the shedding stage, it can appear as though the balm is causing the loss. It is more likely that the application process gently dislodges lashes that are already at the end of their lifecycle.

Why is my tube harder than the ones I usually get?
During colder months, The Eye Balm™ may need to be warmed up before applying it around the delicate eye area. Swipe it a few times over the brows, or on the back of a clean hand, before applying around the eye area.

We prefer not to change the formula, because many ladies use it to help hold an eyelash curl, and the harder waxes and butters we use are what make this possible.

How long does it last?
Stored properly with the cap on and away from heat, sunlight and water, it can last up to a year.

Can I use it for other purposes?
Yes. You can use this on any area of the skin that needs some extra care. Quite a few ladies apply it over areas of their skin that have eczema or rosacea. It can also be used to tame baby hairs, or to set your hair with a slicked-back look, which is a gentler alternative to using hair spray so close to your skin.
